Are you passionate about history and culture? Would you like to support the museum? If so, don’t hesitate — join the Aurora Museum volunteer team! Since its official opening on October 20, 2013, the Aurora Museum has been dedicated to building a strong volunteer team. The museum provides professional training in artifact knowledge, as well as opportunities to participate in lectures, workshops, and face-to-face exchanges with scholars and experts. Regular activities such as book clubs and sharing sessions are also organized. We sincerely look forward to your participation!
Volunteer Service Categories:
• Education and Promotion: Guided tours, assisting with educational activities, etc.
•Exhibition and Visitor Services: Assisting at exhibition halls, information desks, audiovisual rooms, and other event-related tasks.
•Media and Communications: Maintaining the volunteer WeChat account, writing event posts, etc.
•Volunteer Management: Assisting with volunteer recruitment, training, management and event organizations.
•Administrative Support: Assisting with museum administrative tasks and general affairs.
Volunteer Training:
New volunteers will participate in free professional training courses provided by the museum. Training topics include:
•Introduction to the Aurora Museum and its collection
•Overview of ancient artifact studies
•Volunteer service principles and role introduction
•Museum etiquette and service guidelines

•Application Period: Applications are accepted every April; interviews and training will be conducted before June.
